Dick & Patty Haayen formed Manchester Financial Services Company in 2001 as a Financial Services Division specializing in pre-loan due diligence reporting for large international banks and other lenders.  Focusing mainly on the facilitation of real estate transaction, Manchester Financial has become a valuable tool serving many diverse clients.  

Dick received a BA in Economics from Western Illinois University.  He spent three years in the military with the 1st Special Forces Group.  He has also held several corporate sales positions within a variety of industries.  He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Regents at North Central Texas College. He enjoys scuba diving around the world, occasionally racing his car, and long distance shooting.

Patty holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University and stays active in the community coaching high school competitive speaking.  She is a Commissioner on the Housing Authority Board and serves as president of the Butterfield Stage Community Theater.  She also enjoys traveling, scuba diving and exploring the world. She is frequently with her grandchildren in Dallas and New Orleans.
